After the order is placed, you will receive the digital design within 3–5 business days. Once the design is approved, it takes 3–4 weeks for production before delivery. You will be notified once the order is shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

USPS First Class: 3 – 6 business days
Priority Mail: 1 – 3 business days

INTERNATIONAL

USPS First Class International: 3 – 6 weeks
USPS Priority International Mail: 6 – 12 business days

Ready-made pieces may be exchanged for up to 14 days after the package is received (return shipping is not included). All exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition.
